Take OTEZLA exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to take it. OTEZLA should be taken by mouth and swallowed whole, with or without food. The tablets should not be crushed, split, or chewed.

For illustration purposes only.
When you first start taking OTEZLA, the dose needs to be increased gradually; therefore, you must follow the dosing instructions on the starter package. The instructions on the blister pack of 10, 20, and 30 mg tablets will guide you through the titration process, up to the recommended adult dose of 30 mg twice daily.
After an initial titration period, OTEZLA is administered orally as one 30 mg tablet twice daily.1
What if I miss a dose of OTEZLA?1
Take your missed OTEZLA dose as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dose, just skip the missed dose and take the next dose at your regular time. Do not double dose (do not take two doses at the same time).
What if I take too much OTEZLA?1
If you think you have taken too much OTEZLA, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist, hospital emergency department, or regional Poison Control Centre immediately, even if there are no symptoms.
